Shipping Times We offer the following shipping
options within the USA only! If you would like your order shipped outside the United States please contact us at
the link above: This is our standard shipping below. However some items have their own shipping prices which are determined
at checkout. Bows are shipped separately from other items so they do not get crushed in shipping. The
majority of items sold will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days unless otherwise noted here on this website
or notified during payment. Please allow additional time for Floral arrangements do to the time it takes to hand make them. Most
items are custom made by hand after the order has been paid for. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday,
except weekends and holidays. We cannot be held responsible for weather or delivery carrier delays.

1st Class Mail (2-9 days) Priority Mail (3-9 days) or UPS Ground (USA)

Depending on item size and weight. Our shipping is low compared to our competitors. Our shipping and handling
is determined by product weight, size and materials used.

Payment Methods
We accept Payments from MasterCard,Visa and Discover Credit Cards and Debit through our on line shopping cart
under our Shop Online page. We can also take your orer over the phone.
Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which
is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift
recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill
the customer for their order.
Return - Exchange Policy
All Items are sold
as is and most are custom made with no refunds. We do allow exchanges only on certain items that need to be approved
by us first. (Floral Arrangements are not refundable because most of the items you are purchasing from us are custom made
with your colors or certain flowers you have chosen.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship your
items outside the United States. Please contact us and we can give you a quote and make arrangements assiting you in placing
your order. International orders can take up to 12 weeks to receive. Customers purchasing from CANADA
may go ahead and place their order. Shipping to Canada is the same shipping prices as to the USA.
