your item. Please do not get in touch with us yet. Your item is most likely on the way and is not late if delivered within
8 weeks of payment. We are very short handed and need the two hands that would normally be replying to your shipping inquires
to help us get the orders out so you can receive them on time.
Sometimes customers take the chance and place
orders for items they need in a few days or weeks. Most of those orders are filled very fast and a lot aren't. But
if they aren't that is not our fault. We are hand making your item as fast as possible. We state to allow 1-
8 weeks for your custom made item. If the item is impoartant to you and your special day please don't wait
until the last minute to place your order.
The Wedding/Special Occasion Business is the hardest business to be
in. Most customers that are ordering are usually the stressed out, nervous, wishy washy brides, or stressed pressured
family members. We don't mean this in a bad way. It's just people in this kind of business deal with the
most impatient, mind changing, wishy washiest, stressed people out there. We get all kinds of people ordering from us.
Most 99.9% of transactions are very pleasurable for both the customer and us. We do our best to make our customer's happy.
